David Duncan - President and Managing Partner
David Duncan founded encryptX and led the acquisition of the company by BeCompliant Corporation. Prior to founding encryptX, Mr. Duncan served as Senior Vice President of Tactical Marketing Ventures, a marketing accelerator company for over 100 technology startups. Mr. Duncan also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for RL Polk, a consumer marketing information company that was sold to Equifax Corporation. Mr. Duncan also served in marketing and engineering leadership positions with Storage Technology Corporation, Martin Marietta and SRA Corporation. Mr. Duncan worked for the National Security Agency as a cryptologist for a number of years and designed and built trusted computer systems for highly classified government programs. Mr. Duncan has a Bachelors of Science in International Affairs from the University of Maryland, a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Regis University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, and a degree in Chinese Mandarin Linguistics from the Defense Language Institute, Presidio of Monterey, California.

David Myers - Chief Technology Officer and Senior Partner
Mr. Myers most recently served as Principal Software Engineer with Genomica, leading the product engineering efforts on a software solution to decode the human genome. Mr. Myers also served as Principal Software Engineer and Software Engineering Lead on several storage management applications while employed by StorageTek. He is a co-founder of Spiralsoft, an outsourced software development company located in Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Myers possesses a Masters of Science degree in Applied Math and Computer Science from the University of Colorado, a Masters of Science degree in Biology from the California Institute of Technology, and a Bachelors of Art degree in Mathematics from the University of Colorado.

David Farmer - VP of Engineering and Senior Partner
David Farmer has led the development of our email compliance and encryption solutions. Mr. Farmer previously served with Storage Technology Corporation for over 20 years, in a number of engineering leadership positions. Prior to Storage Technology Corporation, Mr. Farmer served in engineering positions with a number of technology startup companies. Mr. Farmer has a Bachelors of Science in Math and Computer Science from the University of Colorado.

Michael Bowden - Director of Client Services and Partner
Mike Bowden is responsible for pre-sales and post-sales support functions and customer service. Mr. Bowden has been with the company since February 2004.

Phil Velella - Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Phil Velella is responsible for all sales channels. Mr. Velella is a 30 years sales veteran and has spearheaded sales initiatives at emerging start-up's such as NetSolve (Acquired by Cisco), Apogee Networks, Top Layer Networks, Captus Networks, and most recently Chantry Networks (Acquired by Siemens) where he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales.
