Why won't the EncryptDisc™ accept my password recovery answer? I know I'm putting in the correct answer.
Answer
Password recovery hint answers are case-sensitive and must be at least 8 characters long. Try using different combinations of lower and upper case that you might have used when you set the hint question and answer.
