1) Plug the Cruzer Product into your USB port. 2) The computer will show the device as a removable disk 3) You may now copy/paste to the drive, save to the drive or send files to the drive.
How to copy/paste to the SanDisk Cruzer Product
1) Go to the location of the original file. 2) Highlight the file. 3) Click on Edit and choose Copy. 4) Go to the removable disk the device created. 5) Click on Edit and choose Paste.
How to save to the Sandisk Cruzer Product
1) With the file you want to save open, click File and choose Save As. 2) From the Save In box, choose My Computer. 3) Double click on the Removable Disk. 4) Click Save.
How to send files to the Sandisk Cruzer Product
1) Right click on the file you want to send to the device. 2) Choose Send To. 3) Choose the Removable Disk.
How to download and install Windows 98SE drivers for the Cruzer Family Products
1) Go to www.sandisk.com 2) Click on the Drivers link in the upper right of the web page. 3) Select the Product from the list. 4) Click on the word here and choose Save. 5) Save the file to the Desktop. 6) Right click on the file and highlight Winzip. 7) Choose Extract to Folder C:\windows\desktop\Cruzer_Family_98SE 8) Double click on the Cruzer_Family_98SE folder 9) Double click on the Cruzer Family 98SE Driver folder 10) Double click on Setup.exe 11) Reboot the computer 12) Plug in the Cruzer Product.
Windows will detect and install the product at this point. Now it will show as a removable disk.

Troubleshooting
Problem: After installing the drivers, the Cruzer Product does not appear as a removable disk.
Solution: Open Device Manager. You will see the Cruzer Product with a yellow !. Remove the device from Device Manager. Unplug and plug the device. Windows will detect and install the device.
Problem: Customer has installed the the Cruzer Product properly and it is not showing up as a removable disk. Customer has networked drives
Solution: Check what drive letters the customer has. Change the drive letter of the Cruzer Product to one that is not being used.
Problem: Customer can not copy any more files to the Cruzer Product but the customer has plenty of free space available.
Solution: Create a folder stucture on the Cruzer Product.
